THE OCTAVA PROMISE: RETURNS & SHIPPING
OUR PHILOSOPHY We believe skincare is a frequency. It is about finding the right rhythm for your body. If our products do not resonate with you, we want to make it right.
THE 30 DAY RITUAL GUARANTEE We offer a 30 day satisfaction guarantee on all orders. If you are not completely in love with your Octava ritual, you may return the product within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, even if the bottle has been opened.
- Condition: To be eligible for a return, the item must be at least 50% full. We cannot accept returns on empty or nearly empty containers.
- Window: Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of your delivery date.
HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN (SELF SERVICE)
- Log In: Click the Profile or Login icon in the navigation menu of our website.
- Select Order: Enter your email to receive a secure login code (no password needed). Select the order you wish to return.
- Request Return: Click "Request Return" then select your reason and submit.
- Approval: Once approved, you will receive a prepaid shipping label via email.
RETURN SHIPPING COSTS We provide free shipping on all outbound orders to you. If you choose to return an item:
- We will generate a prepaid shipping label for your convenience.
- The cost of this return label (typically $6 to $9) will be deducted from your final refund amount.
REFUNDS & PROCESSING Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
- Processing Time: Please allow 5 to 7 business days for your return to be processed after it arrives at our facility.
- Credit Issuance: Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please note that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS We use high quality glass to preserve the potency of our botanicals. In the rare event that your package arrives damaged or broken:
- Please take a photo of the damaged item inside the box.
- Email the photo to contact@octavabeauty.com within 48 hours of delivery.
- We will ship a replacement to you immediately at no cost.
GIFT RETURNS If you received Octava as a gift, we are happy to offer store credit for the value of the returned item, so you can choose a ritual that suits you better.
