DIRECTIONS & RITUALS

USAGE FREQUENCY This is a high-performance thermal resurfacing treatment. Do not use more than once per week on any single area to protect the moisture barrier.

1. Apply: On completely dry hands, scoop a pea-sized amount of scrub into your palms.
2. Massage: Massage thoroughly as if washing with soap (but keep hands dry) for 30 seconds. You will feel a heating sensation—this is the active stimulation of blood flow.
3. Rinse: Place hands under the faucet and rinse clean with warm water.
4. Dry: Pat dry to reveal soft, treated skin.

FOR THE BODY (The Pre-Shower Ritual) Best for full body resurfacing and moisture.
1. Dry Skin Essential: Step into the shower but keep the water off. Your skin must be completely dry for the thermal activation to work.
2. Activate: Scoop a generous amount into your palms and rub them together vigorously to activate the heat.
3. Polish: Massage onto the body in firm, circular motions. Focus on rough areas like elbows, knees, and the back of the arms.
4. Rinse: Turn on the water. Massage the areas again as the water hits. The scrub will emulsify into a milk and rinse away instantly, leaving skin soft and hydrated.

1. Prep: Sit on the edge of the tub or a shower bench with dry feet.

4. Rinse: Rinse thoroughly with warm water.

GUIDANCE & SAFETY
A NOTE ON ACTIVATION This is a Dry Touch Treatment. Your skin must be completely dry for the warming activation and exfoliation to work effectively. Water dissolves the sugar crystals instantly, so step out of the stream before applying.

• Body Only (The Science): This formula is calibrated for the thicker dermis of the body. Do not use on the face. The coarse crystal density and warming intensity are not recommended for delicate facial skin and may cause micro-abrasions.
